Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and iced teas, all sales are final; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right and appease the thirst gods. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund for your mangled cans.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Loot
Crack open your package and ensure your cans survived the journey without leaking or suffering catastrophic damage.
- 2.Capture the Carnage
Take clear photos of any damaged product or shipping boxes to provide as evidence for our internal investigation.
- 3.Summon Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your damaged goods to start the claim process.
- 4.Receive Your Sacrifice
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh batch of Liquid Death or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
